Chris “AMK” Zambrano originally from Oxnard, California and moved to San Antonio in 2002. As a teenager I always loved to color and draw which sparked my passion for graffiti. I was an artist and I loved it. At the young age of 16, I found an interest in cutting my own hair because I got tired of my mom doing it for me. When people began to compliment my haircuts I began taking clients in my mom’s garage on the weekend.

Attended barber college in 2014 and graduated 2015. Went to work at a local barbershop where I was giving 40% of my hard earned money just to work there. So, in 2016 I moved into mini salon that I quickly out grew within a year. That’s when Clipperhead Barbershop was opened as a store front.
